Process to Singapore and Malaysia immigration are very smooth and hassle free so we will definitely use this service again.

Came across Nusa Transport as our car broke down and we need chaufferered car back to Singapore. Received swift assistance and confirmation. Booked at approx 3.30pm and received swift confirmation on quotation and driver details for pick up at 7.00pm. Toll fees are already included hence wr are alright with it. Mr Ting, who was assigned to us brought us through the massive congestion at Malaysia and Singapore check points. Thumbs up and strongly recommended!
