In this post, I won’t talk much about the experience in the theme park, but I will publish more on the Legoland Themed Hotel Room and Facilities in the Legoland Malaysia Resort with some photos.
For the Legoland Theme Park review, you can visit my posts as follows:
Let’s begin,
How to Book Your Legoland Resort-Themed Hotel Room
Here is how I planned for my previous Legoland trip: visit the official website and make sure at least you have read through some basic information about the Legoland Malaysia Hotel.
The uniqueness of Legoland Themed Rooms is what you should explore; it has PIRATE, KINGDON, ADVENTURE, and NINJAGO.
I had reserved the PIRATE PREMIUM-themed room at a price range of RM700–800.
It depends on which theme you are looking for; each themed room has its own price range of up to RM2,000.
Free Parking Available (If You Have Your Own Transport)
On Day 1, around 9:00 am, before the theme park opened, I arrived at the Legoland Resort entrance.
I drop off all the baggage and luggage at the lobby, then park my car in the FREE parking lot.
It was easy to park at the entrance near the theme park because it was a weekday.
If your working hours are remote or flexible, you have to plan your trip for weekdays; it makes everything easier.
Once you walk out of the parking lot, you will notice it has three signboards for the three theme parks (Sealife, Water Park, and Lego Themepark).
Arrived at Lobby to Check-In and Walked to My Room
The moment you get into the lobby, it feels exciting, and my daughter can’t wait to PLAY.
Time to check in. Submit your details in the morning so that when you proceed to check in at 2:00 pm. It would be easier and faster for you to get an access card.
The Legoland Resort counter staff will hand over the 20% off Lego Store voucher and lobby activity schedule.
Pirated-Themed Room Revealed!
Around 10:00 am., we got ready to go into the theme park from Level LG, but we came back again to the lobby to get our bags and get the room access card.
Before you got into the room, you had to go to the lift; all lifts were themed with colourful lighting.
Reached Level 5. The entire floor was themed with PIRATE.
We couldn’t wait any longer; I quickly tapped the access card and opened the door.
My daughter was the first one to jump on the bed.
This was the exact view that I snapped using my phone; no editing. The pirate theme gives you the impression that you are in the world of comics.
This is the “triple-decker” bed, which allows three children to sleep. The bed quality was GOOD.
And here is the view from the window side…
I have attached an album below so it is easier for you to scroll through the photos.
Lobby Activities & Playground
In Legoland, you won’t have time to complain about having so much free time. Even though the theme park opens at 10:00 am, you can bring your kids to the playground beside the restaurant.
Legoland Restaurant for Breakfast
The breakfast is free for my pirate-themed room and available for five people.
As for the food standard, I would say it was normal but not excellent.
You can scroll through the photos to get some ideas of how the Legoland Restaurant looks.
Shop in the Lobby Area
You can shop for the Lego set to buy anytime in the lobby, or you can buy it inside the theme park.
There is a bigger store and a lot of Lego sets for you to choose from.
Don’t forget to show your 20% discount voucher.
Final Thoughts:
Although the price of the Legoland Themed Room is expensive compared to those budget hotels and honesty nearby, I would recommend you give it a try if the budget is not your main concern.
Because it was really convenient, you can spend your time totally in the PARK, not traveling between hotels far from Legoland Malaysia.
Most importantly, your kids sure will 100% like the themed room!
If you stay in the nearby 5-star hotel, I don’t think you have many “family rooms”, which are able to accommodate up to 5 people per room.
Not only that, your kids can spend time in the lobby, where free Legos and free games are all available.
