Q1: When do I pay for my hired taxi and what forms of payment do you accept?
Q2: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
You can book anytime before the pick-up time. However, most of the time the taxis are fully booked within 1 week so we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 3 days in advance.
Q3: Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
All our private car charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.
Q4: When crossing the borders in Singapore and Malaysia, should the passenger get off the private car?
No. Just sit and relax in our vehicle during the entire journey.
Q5: How long does it take to travel from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
It takes approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the traffic condition.

Toyota Innova , Toyota Alphard and Hyundai Starex.
Q7: Do you only provide transfer from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
We provide transfer services not only just to Johor Bahru but various locations in Malaysia too. You may WhatsApp us to provide an accurate quotation for your destination.

Number of passengers can fit into Toyota Innova is 6 persons without luggage(s). For comfort capacity, we recommend 5 passengers, 1 big luggage and 3 hand carry.

Number of passengers can fit into Toyota Alphard is 6-7 persons without luggage(s). For comfort capacity, we recommend 6 passengers, 2 big luggage and 4 hand carry.

Number of passengers can fit into Hyundai Starex is 10 persons without luggage(s). For comfort capacity, we recommend 7 passengers, 2 big luggage and 4 hand carry.
Q11: Do you charge extra for luggage?
There is NO CHARGE for extra luggage.
Q12: Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
No. We don’t have wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Q13: How long in advance that I can revise my travel schedule?
You can change your schedule up to 1 day before departure. But if you want to change your travel schedule less than ONE DAY, please directly call us. We can guarantee the availability of the transport.
Q14: Are there any extra surcharge fee or hidden fee?
All the rates listed in table is fixed rates. No extra charge will be imposed to you. (Peak Season Charge apply for selected Holidays)
Q15: Do you imposed any fee if my flight is delayed?
Depend on the situation, we prefer you send us your flight number during online reservation so that we can track the estimate flight arrival time. No fee will be charged to you.
Q16: When should I receive the driver's details?
We will Whatsapp you the driver details 1 day early before you travel.
Q17: Is NusaTransport Private Car a shared ride service?
No. You will not shared your ride with other passengers. It is a private ride service.
